The Account Settings page starts with the same information that
can be found on the Logs page. Under that is a set options for your account.
Cookie will place a cookie on your machine that will prevent the
counter from counting you - so you will know how many people other than you have
visited, without having to keep track of yor movements.
Enable Delete log allows your old logs to be deleted. This makes
room for new logs, but there is no undelete function. If you delete your logs,
they are gone for good - unless you have already downloaded a copy of them.
Reset Hits is used only if you show a counter on your page. You
can reset the counter, eiither to zero, or to any number you want (Don't cheat!!).
HTML code is what you need to put in any page that you want InternetDesign
Stats to monitor for you.
On the right you can block certain IP's from your logs - if you
chose to block 66.70.28.200, then any access from Internet Design would not show
in your logs. Index and short query are advanced features that we do not offer
support on at this time.
The MySQL dump will let you back up your database. (Only use this
if you are confident with what you are doing.).
