You can use any e-Mail software to check your account. You will
need some information to get your account working. This should answer all of your
questions:

will have been sent to you. It must be entered EXACTLY as it was
sent - changing an "a" to an "A" will stop

When
you recieve an e-Mail, the display name is who the e-Mail appears
