You can, if you closley follow the rules:
- People are only
mailed if they "opt-in" - they give you there e-Mail address, and tell
you that they want to be on your mailing list.
- There are "unsubscribe"
or "opt-out" instructions on every e-Mail you send.
- You respect peoples
right to unsubscribe.
- You do not buy
a mailing list.
- You do not sell
your mailing list - unless you have warned subscribers that you may do so.
- You provide a
genuine return address, and list your domain, not other domains as the primary
contact.
Failure to stick
to this guideline will result in your account being terminated.
