My e-Mail
is not sending or recieving. What should I do?
If
you have a new account with us and your e-Mail has never worked, please call us
and we will make sure your settings are correct
If
your account has been working, but today it is not, make sure you have not done
anything to remove your password from your system. Try rebooting, especially if
y ouhave anti-virus software that protects your e-Mail - if this had an error
in boot up, your mail will not send or recieve. If none of this resolves the issue,
