How do I
connect through FTP?
To
connect through FTP you will need an FTP Program. Whichever program you use, you
will need the following information

ftp.yourdomainname.com |
| User Name: |
This was sent
to you. |
| Password: |
This was sent
to you with your user name |
| Root directory: |
/ |
| Server Path: |
/usr/home/sites/www.yourdomainname.com/web |
yourdomainname.com
will be whatever your domain name is in lower case. If your domain name is joeshotcars.com,
your FTP address would be ftp.joeshotcars.com and your Server Path (not needed
by ftp programs) would be /usr/home/sites/www.joeshotcars.com/web/
Your user name
and password MUST be entered EXACTLY as they were sent to you.
If your user name is sally01, then Sally01 SALLY01, and Sallyo1 will NOT work.
The same is true for passwords.
